Rules to Adopt-a-Character

First and foremost, you will have to contact staff to adopt a certain character, and then we will PM you the code for the character. This way we don't have 17 people wanting the same character.

Second, you cannot and I mean it, not edit anything from the looks and personality to their history. You can add jutsu as you go on, but must be approved with the pre items and everything.
